Bones BBQ & Burger Bar now offeres live music!

Bones BBQ & Burger Bar has live music every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 7-9pm!  Come in and enjoy our new house infused spirits and an appetizer while enjoying our entertainment.

    BONES DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND WON'T LOOK INTO IT OR CORRECT IT!!!!!

    Is there a negative star rating? I visited Bones with 2 friends on a quiet Thursday in June for happy hour. When I got my credit card statement a couple weeks later I found the charge was nearly double what I signed the bill for. Initially I was curious and thought this could be an honest mistake. I called and left messages on the voicemail and with employees over the next few weeks and didn't get my calls returned. So then I emailed the details of my transaction to the email on the website reservations@bonessteakchophouse.com and my emails bounced back as undeliverable. Finally last week I was told who I should talk to and when to call. I talked to that employee who had no knowledge of my prior messages or situation and admitted she didn't know how to retrieve voicemails. She said this was something the owner had to look into so she would see that he got the message. I asked how it could be that no one has gotten my messages and she said none of those employees (from previous weeks) were there any more...? She said the owner would call me back.

    If employees don't know how to retrieve messages I conclude that the owner has been getting my messages from the machine. The owner was supposed to call me by yesterday. Six weeks later, no call back from anyone that can look into my matter, I am resolved that Bones is not willing to remedy this situation and my only recourse is to warn others about their practices and dispute the charge with my credit card company.
